How do your polyester balaclavas differ from cotton ones in terms of riding?
For most karting tracks and rental companies, balaclava is definitely the best choice. There are three key reasons for this:
- Maximum hygiene and helmet protection: Cotton is a natural fiber with powerful absorbent properties. It acts like a sponge—quickly absorbing sweat during short, intense sessions and trapping it inside the material. This prevents moisture from penetrating the helmet lining, which is crucial for keeping rental equipment clean.
- Ideal for short sessions: For 10–20-minute rides, absorbency is the priority, not wicking moisture away. Cotton provides instant comfort and the hygienic barrier that the track customer needs.
- Economy (price): balaclavas offer the best value for money when purchased in bulk. They are the most cost-effective solution for tracks with high customer traffic.
balaclavas (thermoactive), such as SpeedLine 160, are recommended for professional athletes and those participating in long-distance races. Their purpose is not to store sweat, but to evaporate it quickly, which works well during many hours of exercise, but is less effective in protecting shared helmets on the karting track.

are printed using sublimation on durable flag fabrics. They are resistant to UV radiation, rain, and strong winds. We produce complete sets: from signal flags (chequered, yellow, red) to beach flags with your branding.

Although these are lightweight gloves with logos, their inner side is equipped with specialized silicone prints.
