Thank you for considering my case. After receiving the standard sample of the balaclavas actually the model actually agrees. However, I believe that the balaclavas I received earlier are different. I asked 5 people if they see differences between the balaclavas, all of them said that they are different, citing the same aspects as me. I am an individual customer. Can I buy without registering my company?
No. Our B2B Humboo store is only available to registered and approved business users.
How do I create an account on Humboo's B2B store?
Fill out the registration form available under the "Ask" button in the upper-right corner. Registration is for businesses only. Once you submit the form, we will review your application and approve your account.
Can I order products with my own print?
Yes, this is our specialty. You can add a graphic file on the product card or in the shopping cart. We will prepare a free visualization and send it to you for approval.
Will the colors of the print on the visualization be identical to the real thing?
We try to reproduce them as closely as possible, but please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. For more certainty, you can order a sample print.
What file formats are preferred for printing?
Ideally, you should send graphics in vector format (AI, PDF, CDR, EPS). We can also work on PNG or JPG files - provided the quality is sufficient. If proofreading is needed - we'll let you know!
Do you sew in labels with the customer's logo? Can I order a different color of fabric than the standard?
In principle, no. On a case-by-case basis, for large orders, we arrange individual solutions. Ask us for details.
Do you offer deferred payment?
No - we require prepayment as standard. Deferred payments are possible only for regular customers, after prior arrangement of individual business terms.
Is the cost of delivery fixed?
No. The cost depends on the weight, volume and number of products ordered. You will see it when placing your order.
Do you offer next-day or Saturday express delivery?
