The best reproduction quality is guaranteed by vector format files (extensions: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr). If you do not have such a file, our graphic designers can help you prepare your design based on high-quality raster files (e.g., .png, .jpg), but this may slightly prolong the preparation process.

Yes, we offer free logo visualization on the selected chimney model. We usually prepare the design within 24 business hours of receiving the logo. This allows you to check the placement and size of the print before paying for your order. Send us your logo to check your design.

The standard delivery time for printed products is 4 to 10 business days from the moment the design is approved and payment is received. In urgent cases, we are often able to complete your project in as little as 24–48 hours.

We offer three main models that differ in weight and comfort:

• FlexyPrime 220 (220 g): premium model, seamless front, highly elastic.
• OptiBalance 200 (200 g): the perfect balance between thickness and breathability.
• EaseFit 160 (160 g): the lightest cotton model, ideal for wearing under a helmet on warmer days.

• Tactic 220 (220 g): additional thermal protection in the form of a "collar" at the front.
• Panther 220 (220 g): a similar model with specially designed flat seams for increased comfort during prolonged use.

The most popular location is the right or left side of the neck (maximum size approx. 8 x 12 cm). We also offer the option of printing in a non-standard location (e.g., on the chin or forehead balaclavas). In the case of balaclavas (polyester), full-surface printing is possible.

We recommend washing at temperatures up to 30°C, preferably on a delicate cycle. Avoid using strong bleaches and tumble drying at high temperatures, as this could damage the print structure.

Yes. In addition to bulk packaging (e.g., 50 pieces per bag), we offer a Hi-Gen system. Hi-Gensystem. balaclavas then individually packaged in attractive cardboard boxes, which facilitate display (e.g., on the counter at the reception desk of a go-kart track) and guarantee the customer that the product is new and clean.

The unit price is determined by three main factors:

1. Selected model (fabric weight).
2. Number of items ordered (the more, the cheaper).
3. Number of colors in the logo (single-color prints are the most economical; multicolor logos require a different marking technique).

If you choose a print in a non-standard location (other than the neck balaclavas) or a print with multiple logos, the project may incur an additional charge.

We add a one-time fee for preparing the design for printing to the first order for a given design – PLN 40 / EUR 10. All subsequent orders with the same design, placed at intervals of no more than 16 months, will be priced without this fee.

Yes, we enable ordering sample setsso that the customer can personally assess the quality of the material, weight, and flexibility of different models. It is also possible to make a sample with your logo as part of the preparation for mass production.

Yes. We offer full support in adapting your design for printing, which includes free basic corrections. Our graphic designers can remove unnecessary characters or make minor modifications to ensure that your balaclava with logo looks professional.

Most logos are printed with full reproduction of the original, but small elements less than 0.5 mm thick may need to be slightly thickened to maintain legibility. The standard print area on the neck balaclavas a maximum of 8 x 12 cm. If your design contains very thin lines or small letters, our graphics team will adjust it free of charge to ensure that it is clear and durable after printing. Any modification to your original design will be confirmed with a free visualization.

Color availability depends on the selected model:
